Denmark (1-2 April 2025): Development of biogas production. Political initiatives that have been implemented to promote biogas production in Denmark, what is needed at the EU level. Technical development and optimization of biogas production. Experience with the establishment and operation of biogas plants. Optimal use of biogas.

  • Frisjenborg Biogas, Fuglsangvej 100, 8450 Hammel - Site visit at biogas plant. Presentation and tour by Plant Manager Karsten Bo Sørensen.
 
  • Aarhus University Biogasplant, Borregaardsvej, 8830 Tjele - Aarhus University's biogas plant in Foulum. Presentation and tour by Plant Manager Mogens Møller 

Reimbursement for participants: It is possible for participants who are not partners in the ALFA project to receive a grant for costs related to participation in the event. Please note that the travel and accommodation costs can be guaranteed and covered in the maximum amount of 600 EUR per person depending on first-come-first-serve rule as budget is limited. Commitment to the possibility of reimbursement of expenses can be given upon registration.

o   Lundsby Renewable Energy, CBDO Karsten Hjorth: Experience with establishing large-scale biogas plants as a total contractor.
