Woody biomass for food and pharma
How can we best utilize woody biomass in the future? Can woody biomass be used for the production of food and medicine?
How can we best utilize wood and forest biomass both now and in the future? Can forest tree biomass be used for the production of food and medicine?
Drawing inspiration from the Nordic countries, we focus on cascade utilization and the circular economy within the forest industry, leveraging biorefinery and biosolutions.
Discover how forest biomass is transformed into high-value products such as vanillin and fish protein, inspired by leading global companies and nordic researchers.
If you work in the wood industry, ingredients industry or biorefining industry, we hope to inspire you with insights into this emerging field of research and innovation in Denmark.
